Appliance Repair by Advanced Appliance in Aberdeen, Maryland

We have had Advance repair various appliances for us in the 17 years we have lived in Hartford county. We feel confident to recommend them to our friends and family. John is an amazing repairman and people's person. He has always been accurate with his diagnosis and repairs. From his 1st visit he made us feel comfortable with his professional appearance and demeanor.

I am the owner of Advanced Appliance and I am responding to the review left by Mr. and Mrs. Wilhelm, as they had left 2 different reviews. Sean seemed to be satisfied however she did not, she stated that a year after the repair had been done she had problems with the appliance again, she then stated in her review that she attempted to call us to let us know and to get us to come back out to check out the problem, again she states that she left a message, however, we did not receive that message from her. I only found out about the problem a year ago from seeing her review here. After seeing her review i was concerned for my customers satisfaction so I called them at the only number I have and how I know that it is their number is because Sean Wilhelm states his name in the message and no one answered so I left a message which they never responded to, so I tried again recently and I have gotten the same response. I have offered to refund their money by leaving them a message but as of yet there has been no response.

Advance Appliance came out to fix my wall oven. Each time he came out he was on time. He showed up at the beginning of the two hour time window. Their rates are about the same as everyone else, but they provided good service and even reassembled the parts of the oven that I had already removed trying to find the problem myself. I would reccomend them if you are looking for appliance repair.
