The repair fellow never - and I mean never! Responds to voice messages so I have had to show up in person at the store to get any service. Today I went to the store hoping to find a replacement for my washer, something that will reliably wash my clothes. My hope was that LP would help me replace the lemon washer I paid 700 for with some sort of discount on a replacement purchase. I was told there was nothing they could do to help me out. I called LP Appliance and they emailed me information on 3 washer and dryer sets that fit our needs! Very good customer service!! |
