| Forrest Prock | If you have a turbocharged Subaru, do not, I repeat, do NOT bring it here. Their knowledge of turbos is dismal at best. You'll have to contact them everyday if you want to know if your vehicle is done, because there's absolutely no contact from them at anytime during the service. I spent over 1300 on repairs for my 2005 Outback XT & it is worse than it ever was! I don't mind paying expert wages for expert work, but that's not what I received. My experience at Warren Auto Barn was very expensive for what was done & has left me shaken on their knowledge of Subaru. I hate to be a negative person, but I'm trying to save the next poor soul with a turbocharged Subaru who is thinking about going there. Sorry, not sorry. |
