Larry Jenkins | Brendan is young and experienced. An odd combination, as experience usually comes with age. His father was into appliance repair and owned the business Brendan now runs. I found him very knowledgeable and as a result I now have him listed on my speed dial. |
Dorene Libby | We have mixed reviews of our recent service. The initial visit was top-notch and easily 5 stars. Our technician, Joe was informative and friendly. Additional repairs were needed however and the next visit two technicians arrived. They were friendly and worked quickly to complete the two items needed. However, my son witnessed them replacing a panel in the back of the fridge without removing an obvious build-up of dust on the equipment under the panel. He heard them mention 'only a certain amount of time per call' and assumed they weren't allowed time to finish. My son is 12 and took it upon himself to pull out the fridge again, remove the panel, vacuum the dust, replace the panel and push the fridge back in place. The two technicians also had to remove all the items from our freezer to make one of the repairs. We got them coolers to place the items in. They left without replacing the items. Not a big deal, but should they have replaced the contents? |
