Appliance Repair by Mr. Appliance of Portland ME in Scarborough, Maine

We had 3 appliances go out in one week: dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator. seriously?!? Our home warranty company chose Mr. Appliance because they can address each of these in the same visit. I don't normally write reviews, but the technician we were assigned, Merwin, was not only a professional with over 25 years of experience, he genuinely cared AND he absolutely took care of us as if we were family. I've worked in some form of customer service for more than 15 years and I have high standards. The man went above and beyond. He educated us on maintenance and more importantly made us aware of a potential safety hazard. He even helped me order the part I would need to to fix said hazard. We have had countless repairmen in our home in the last year and this was BY FAR the best experience yet. He ordered parts and was able to come back quickly to repair both the dryer and dishwasher AND he helped us navigate the home warranty company in order to get a new fridge delivered in less than a week. I'd use this company again and I'd ABSOLUTELY ask for Merwin. Whatever they are paying him can't possibly be enough. He is five star and they are lucky to have him.

This company was our “second opinion” and I wish they'd been the first. After we set the appointment, I received a text with the technicians picture and an estimated time of arrival. David was incredibly prompt and professional. He was able to fix what the previous company couldn't, and made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns before he left. Wonderful company, and great service!
