Of the three items I requested for service on my oven, only one was completed. The work was performed by the owner, Dan Walker, no less, and the indifference he displayed when I called to express my dissatisfaction was shocking. If a technician has physical limitations which prevent them from completing a requested service, in this case leveling a stove, they should not accept the job. 183.35 for a 30 minute igniter installation on a very basic gas oven. No calibration, no leveling as requested. Charged 80 for a 36 part. This local business clearly cares nothing about their local customers. |
