Mary D. | This is a very nice family owned business. They did a great job fixing my vacuum. I am so pleased I will not need to buy a new one. The repair price was very reasonable as well. I will choose them again when I need the next repair. |
Lisa J | I dropped off my vacuum to be repaired, it actually stopped working a couple of years ago but kept forgetting to drop it off. I had paid a lot of money for it and felt it needed a chance. I had a spare and until that died I was ok. I had to do something, so I dropped it off. A week later I got a call that the hose was crushed and the parts inside the power nozzle were as well. I couldn't figure out how that happened because it had just stopped working and had been stored in the garage no crushing incident. They asked if I wanted them to dispose of it because they couldnt get parts either.I said no I'll pick it up. I knew I could get parts from a friend out of state didn't know until after I dropped it off I looked closer and no screws and been removed, it took a lot to get them out as a couple corroded while stored. I saw the piece that the hose connections set into had shifted and the bracket holding it in place had a very small piece that had broken off...it's plastic and I'm sure from being slid in and out and a tiny piece of plastic it gave way. I got it securely back in place, snapped it all back together and have been vacuuming everyday since I picked it upfront them. I don't feel they were honest, wanted to “ dispose” it when the motor is still very strong because previous use I had one large area rug that it was used on. Had I left it they could have used the parts and made money off from it and I would have had to buy a new vacuum. I won't be back and recommend if they say they can't fix it or get parts check yourself, in a matter of minutes when I got home, I found complete hose assemblies and the handle controls as well. So they could have gotten parts and lied, now I know why they sell used vacuums, they are from the people they scammed. Be careful folks. |
David Nicklas | I have purchased two vacuum cleaners at All Brand during the past two years, the second last week. Each time, I have had friendly, helpful service with alternatives and demonstrations of each product on the spot. I am very pleased with each purchase. So much better than online guesswork. I will always start here with this kind of purchase and am pleased they are nearby in Portland for in person help. |
