| Hal Earle | I had a pretty bad experience bringing my bike here - when I dropped it off I told them specifically that it needed a new front rotor and and that I thought the crankshaft or whatever holds the pedals on probably needed to be replaced. They kept the bike a month, I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on with it, and when I finally picked it up all they had done was replace the brake pads and put some locktite on the bolt holding the pedals on. Definitely will never bring a bike back here. |
