| John F | I called Longstreet on a Monday morning to schedule a septic tank cleanout. We set an appointment for Thursday between 9 and 12. I was told I'd get a call one hour ahead of time. At 11:30 on Thursday I hadn't heard from Longstreet so I called them. I was told I'd be the next stop but they had to get the truck emptied first and it would be about another hour. I didn't mind so much the fact that they were going to be late, but I do mind that they did not bother to call me and tell me. I'm all in favor of supporting local business, but not when they make me wait. My time is as valuable as theirs. They finally showed up around 2. Nice guys but my entire day on vacation was wasted. I may have to look for another service the next time. I'll reconsider my review if someone from Longstreet contacts me and compensates me for my time. |
