Tried explaining to the cashier George how they sold it to me this way. He chewed his bubble gum, even blew a big bubble said no clue, it is what it is he doesnt fix this. Explained why would I have to pay for a part that they sold on a mower if the part wasn't supposed to be on it. His answer "dont know" rang it up. Didnt offer management, a solution, or even comprehend what I was saying. Regular way this employee behaves in there. Very unprofessional, and bad products sold. |
