| Catherine Sarson | The Manager At The Dexter Rent-A-Center has no customer service at all on the phone! I know the rules for Rent-A-Center I know that I am allowed to have payment plans especially if if I can't pay the full price upfront when He thinks I need to! Even when my bill is on the first week of every month! Basically what he did was cruel and pressuring me to pay the full amount upfront the same day! He wouldn't even let me pay some of my bill today! He basically said if I can't pay the full amount every month then I need to turn in my items and that he/we or whatever are not going to allow a couple of weeks to pay the rest of my bill! If there are others who experienced this at this store with the manager this kind attitude should not be tolerated at all! Not all the employees there are like this! There ones there that work around all kinds of situations including mine where if I am lucky enough to pay the full amount on the 3rd then YAY! But there are times when I can do a partial or part of payment! |
