| Phillip Attean | I used Penobscot appliance repair in the past and always had above average service satisfaction. So much so I didn't need them for quite some time so when my refrigerator started not freezing I gave them a call. A new person who took over the business showed up and and very quickly diagnosed a faulty defrosting unit which he just happened to have with him and replaced the unit. All goes well for a week then the symptoms started again so I called him back and he manually defrosted the unit and said one of the wires had worked itself loose. Another week goes by and the same problem again. This time he would not return calls nor answer email or messages. Nice. Ended up buying another refrigerator. Do not bother with this company as what it was is no longer. |
