He was incredibly professional on the phone and told me he would give me a call if he could make it out that afternoon if not sometime in the next day. Ended up calling me a few hours later asking if it was alright for him to swing by the property. He went through the entire machine to see if there's any issues other than the ones I had described and luckily there was nothing wrong with the machine at all. Instead of trying to up charge me for a part I didn't need as some other places have done in the past, he said he just needed to be compensated for his time.
