If they would investigate and do their own research an follow up on complaints with their customers they would find out at least 30 or more of their techs lie to cover up a mistake or error that their techs has made. Instead of learning from their mistake and owning up to it they will claim your just one of the many customers that you can never satisfy or make happy.
