| Dana R | The worst experience ever. They came to look at our tv at our house and said we can fix it for 600.00 and this is a 1200.00 tv. If you don't fix it we are going to charge you 130.00 for the service call and we can't fix it here. So they took it and 6 months later it was not fixed. I called and they said we are waiting on a part. Finally after a year they got the part but explained it sat so long that other stuff corroded and now we have to fix that. 3 months later our tv was ready for the low price of 750.00. It was explained like it or leave it, because they could easily sell that TV. We got it back after a little over a year and it worked for a total of 3 months. We were told sorry the warranty was only good for 60 days. Then they said we can pick that tv up and if another tv comes in we can get parts from that. We never heard from them ever again. |
