Katheryn Robinson	had issues eith the first used washing machine. took 3 days for them to come look at it. they gave us an old barely functioning washer to use while they fixed the one we had ourchased it was a small eady to fix part. they just needed to orderit and install would take 5 minutes took them over 2 weejs to return our washer and dryer. the whole time, their businuess phone was not in service. THEY REPLACED THE BROKEN PART WITH ANOTHER USED PART. the part is 5 to 10 at any hardware store... ended up getting the washer back, it rebroke, and we fixed it ourself in 20 minutes for 8 WILL NEVER PURCHASE USED WASHER OR DRYER AGAIN. spend the extra money for new sets before wasting your time.
