My ice machine stopped making ice, I am new to the area so wan't sure who to call. I read reviews and decided to call Professional Appliance Repair. The entire staff was so nice to work with. I just paid a technician 75 to walk in my kitchen and tell me that my washer washer was discontinued and look at the diagnostic code. He said that I wouldn't invest that kind of money in a discontinued unit. I already had the top and bottom of the washer removed, so he could check connections for me, but he didn't even do that. He said it wouldn't make a difference. He tried to open the door, and it was locked. I told him that you had to open it from the bottom. He didn't bother. He had an attitude from the beginning when I had him to wait at front door for a minute, cause my daughter was hooked to a machine pumping her breasts to feed my grand daughter. I didn't tell him, because i didn't think it was any of his business. He was scheduled to come at a later time. He asked if I would have paid 400 to fix the washer... Yes, I would have, but I wouldn't have him or your company to fix anything of mine. Yes, I used your service before to “fix” a dryer. He flipped a breaker.... - I need to start my own business, I can do more than your technicians can. I needed a real repair service. Someone that actually touches the machine and do trial and error before you make conclusions.
