He charged us for the part and then never showed up again. We have now been 5 days without a washing machine and he has said he would be there at a certain time at least twice and has never showed up. Does not answer phone or respond to voicemail.

This is absolutely ridiculous to call yourself a reputable company. That is simply not the case. First thing is my husband called them to come out the first time to fix the refrigerator side because our freezer was fine. They came the first day late then changed the part, then within a week the same think happens to my refrigerator now all my food and drinks are spoiled again. So now move forward to now call him back to come out says he would be here tomorrow for 2 PM, never shows, husband kept calling he finally answered said "I'm in route leaving eastbank now". Guess what he never showed, nor call. Refused to answer the telephone, but then sends someone else from another company the next day random stranger for whom he didn't even call to tell us he was coming to replace him, he replace the same part leaves to go eat lunch and said it should be fine now in 24 hours. Well that's not true and the refrigerator is worse. The items in it are all hot now and sweating. Not a professional company you didn't even have your person stay to check to see if it would work at least more than 15 minutes . If you need repairs don't call them. I have lost time, money, and most of all a refrigerator full of food. Simply ridiculous to waste my families time like that and don't even check on the work. If you sub out a contract job at least make sure the customer knows that someone else is coming instead of you.

I called for dryer service. A serviceman came out and fixed it same day with no problem. He was very friendly. Hopefully, everything continues to go well with the dryer.
