| Mjolnir Gaming | Tried to call and find availability and cost of an item. During the time trying to get someone in the desired department the phone was picked up twice by personnel asking how they could direct my call. Courteous enough of them, however no one ever picked up the line. Then it went from ringing to being on hold. A good 15 minutes of wasted time where someone could have at least stated they were with a customer and ask to place me on hold. Instead I get the cold shoulder. Could have driven to store faster than their phone service. Won't be doing any business with them now. |
