| ValleySquirrel1 . | Today is Jan 15th 2019. The fan in our fridge went out in December. Around December 14th we called the manufacturer because the fridge was still under warranty and they directed us to Romero's. Obviously this is before the holidays so I expected to wait for the fix to be done. Unfortunately it took much longer than expected however I don't think it's on Romero's that it took a month for it to be fixed. I called last week about it and Romero's hadn't received the part and had to find out why. Anyways the gentleman who fixed my fridge was very polite and courteous. He showed up when he was supposed to and other than waiting a month for the fridge to be fixed it wasn't a horrible experience. I'm giving four stars because it took a month to be fixed, it would've been five stars if it hadn't taken so long and I don't know if Romero's could've done something to get the part shipped sooner or not. But the technician was great. |
| Mark Dupre | How are they still in business?! This is the only company contracted with Lowe's who would come to New Iberia to work on LG washers. An appointment was made for a Wednesday and I called the day before just to be sure. Had to leave a message. Called around lunch the day of and the answering service said they would let them know and have them give me an update. No return call and no show for repair. Called back two days later because I still never received a call and found out they only come to my area on Wednesday's so I would have to wait until the following week. No confidence they would even show up then. I decided to throw away the 1 year old LG washer and bought another brand that is easier to get service on. I would NEVER recommend Romero's Appliance Repair |
