| Rich | Drove from New Orleans to buy a tool box that they said was in stock. When I got there to buy it the actual store was using it as their own and it could not be sold to me. So I went to customer service to go ahead and order one online. When I explained what happened to Chantel or shawntey something like that she said “ok so what we have plenty of tool boxes” and was insanely rude because I didn't have the skew number.... so I just told her not to worry about it and will be buying from another company. Just a bummer when someone who works in customer service lacks the ability to provide that for customers. I am only writing this in hopes that the store may see this review and provide some sort of training or address the issues so that this won't happen to other customers. |

| Michael Songy | Good every time. They even have wounded warrior parking spots which is cool for me even though I see other people park in the spots without the plates though. |
