| Luke | Went in for a front end alignment after I just changed my rack and pinion, they tried but couldn't align it, the steering was off I needed to realign my steering wheel they didn't charge me so I tipped them a 20 anyways and went home to realign my steering wheel got it, went back and they dialed it in for me and gave me a discount! Great place will be coming back as soon as my new tires come in, I recommend this place to anyone needing solid work done quick, thorough & honest! See y'all soon, Thanks guys! | John H | Overall I really liked the place in that I felt I received honest advice concerning my vehicle's problems. The only misgiving is that I dropped the car off upon the business' opening at 7 am and had not heard anything about what may be wrong with my car by 12:30p. I had planned the appointment two weeks in advance. I called to find out what may have been wrong and was told my car may not have been looked at yet. Forty-five minutes later 1:15p, my call was returned and I was advised of the issues. I was unable to afford the repair at the time. Not their fault, parts are expensive, but I did feel that there was a lack of communication that shouldn't have been. Will I return, yes it is likely when I need car work done as they seem honest and that is what I am currently looking for in Auto repair. |
