Appliance Repair by Act Electronics Inc in Lake Charles, Louisiana

I was referred to this company by GE to work on my refrigerator. The owner is not knowledgeable on new appliances. First he told me I needed new gaskets and that was 400+ and to wait and the refrigerator would start to cool. It did not. Then he said I had a fan out and he changed the fan the refrigerator still never got cool. I had to get another company to look at it and in less than 5 minutes I was told it had a freon leak and was not repairable. So Act electronics wasted my time and money!

Cyrus Sterling is the owner/operater. He has repaired two of my guitar amps. He did an awesome job both times and with my Marshall amp it was a warranty repair. Yes, I would definetly use him again.

Called to get a price estimate and was answered VERY RUDELY and unprofessionally by the owner. The only reason he got mad and rude was because i told him i just didnt want to pay what the tv costs to fix it. How is THAT for customer service? I recommend the guys in sulphur they are more professional and WILLING to help at all costs. I called them and had nothing but courtesy and help. No need for people who doesn't care about but their own pockets.
