Youlawn Williams | Best Buy is the only store I trust for my technology needs. This store has knowledgeable employees, a very nice selection of products, and provides a very comfortable atmosphere for shopping. Also, the geek squad coverage is the only warranty service I trust for my tech. I have used the warranty service from Best Buy several times, and it has never failed to deliver as far as outstanding customer service goes. |
Kel Mire | It's always a good experience here. Did an online order/store pick up. Very quick process. |
Rebekah Hayes | Went to best buy on March 12th around 530 to 6pm with my boyfriend. We were wanting to check out the galaxy watch active 2. The lady in electronics was asking if we had questions, which we did. I wish I would have gotten her name as she became very rude to us when she wasnt understanding one of the questions we were asking. She kept talking about the bezel of the watch which was completely irrelevant to our question about the face of the watch on the display model compared to a sign they had above it. The more we'd try to explain our question, the ruder she seemed to get and the more uncomfortable I felt. We went ahead and tried figuring it out on our own. I pulled one of those tags you have to "hand to a person in a blue shirt" and went to checkout 1. The guy there was sweet but clueless as to what the laminated paper was, so I explained and he then asked the girl at the desk in the middle of the front doors about getting someone in electronics, she also had a unpleasant attitude. We ended up purchasing the watch with another guy in electronics, he was also nice. But our entire experience was ruined by the first female we encountered. The only way that I can describe her is she was white, dark hair, heavy set and maybe 5'4 tall. We shop at best buy fairly often and I am so disappointed with the way we were treated as customers this time. |
