| Candace Holmes | Our washing machine stopped working and we called the 1-800 on the machine. They sent someone out because they said it was probably from a recall that was on the machine. Well they finally got here 6 hours after they said they would be here and it still didnt fix the problem. They said I would have to call them again to send someone else out. Well I didnt have time to play with the warranty people. So I called Steven, he came right over and helped me out. He is the best and will be the first person I call when I need something fixed.
