Not satisfied at all. Called to come check out icemaker. When I went outside to talk to guy to see what was wrong he said it just needed to be cleaned and showed me directions on door. He had started cleaning cycle already. The professional thing would have been to tell me what was wrong and ask if I wanted them to clean it. I still would have had to pay the 85 dollar service fee which is understandable. He told me that it had to go through a cycle that would take about an hour but would go on another call and come back. I told him I did not want to pay the hour or so it would take to go through cycle and he said they wouldn't charge me. He gave me instructions on what to do when the light turned green so I kept checking but it never did. It must have gone green while he was there or came back I don't know because the lights were on that were supposed to go on after complete. They were coming the next day to get paid but I had to work so left a check with neighbor. When I got back my bill was 189 which was crazy!!! 1 I should have been given the option to clean myself. 2 I should not have been charged while the machine was going through a waiting period. I feel like I was taken advantage of and would not recommend.
