| Dr. David Matherne | Rep was polite and amiable. He was here for a clean and maintenance. I hope he is a better Dish rep than Seas rep. He did not clean the dryer exhaust however, he did tear the metal exhaust and blame that as the cause of excess lint. Wasn't torn before his visit. When told to replace it he said he couldn't do it, my responsibility.. so I fixed it . Let this be a warning when Sears sends a poorly trained representative who damages your appliance leaving you to figure it out. Let the buyer be ware. |
