I made an appointment a week in advance for service between 9am and 12pm and was told a technician calls 30 minutes before arriving. At 11:30 am I had to call the company myself to track down my technician who mysteriously appeared out of nowhere with my phone call, saying he wouldn't be able to show up for another hour. I cancelled the service and asked for the owners name and was told his name was "Edward" no last name and he did not take calls from customers!! They also put a hold on your credit card for the 59.99 service charge to come diagnose the problem and I'm still waiting for my refund! This SERVICE does business under Belle Chase appliance repair, Timberland appliance repair AND Gretna appliance repair. THIS IS A SCAM |
