He was coming here to replace some parts on my washer that took 3 1/2 weeks to come in, and I asked if he could put in the replacement glass I already had for my broken oven door. He said he could for 105. I needed it done and he was already going to be here so I agreed. Looking at the invoice now, I was charged 90 for a trip charge! He was already in my house!! Only 15 was labor. I should have shopped around. Maybe I could have found someone who wouldn't leave fingerprints all over the inside of the glass, which I cannot clean unless I disassemble the door again. |

| Rachel Doyle | He has came out to fix my refrigerator 2 times, not his fault it broke 2 times. He also came out and fixed my dishwasher. Call before he came out to make sure we where home. He order parts he told me it would take up to 10 days, but parts came in before them. |
