| TheMsLady4Real | Make sure you ask questions, because they double the amount charged for parts, the older man isn't updated when it comes to fixing things! He takes estimated guesses at stuff! I spent nearly 400 bucks on an older refrigerator , before the son came out and told me it was a loss because of the compressor! I got no refund back from both times of a computer board which was 87 bucks times two! Not too mention they charged both times for installation, only to have the son come out and check the refrigerator because it wasn't cooling days later and tell me the compressor was gone long before I spent my 400 plus bucks not too mention part! The older man never moved my refrigerator to even check the compressor etc.! I'm no longer using their services! Very disappointed, They need to hire employees who are up to date with the newer technology in appliance repair and service! Not to mention the older gentlemen loves his checks to written out to "Cash"! |
