The part was less than 20. Repairman came out told me transmission was out. Charged me 90 service called. But then the scam got worse, he offered to take the washer and trade it in towards an overpriced new one he had for the 90 service charge. My friend bought the part for less than 20 and washer worked on for years. Also these people hire people right out of jail, no background check and this is who comes to your house. I found that out later, when someone said, they couldn't believe this certain guy was working for them. |

| Maggie Kimble | 90.00 to "diagnose" problem, plus part, plus labor. That is rediculous! I took washer apart. Just need him to replace timer. This 70 year old could do it myself if I could get the old one out. I am not going to pay him 90.00 to drive 2.8 miles to my house for 15 minutes work, plus the fee for the part and labor! I can go to my heart doctor for less than 90.00! |
