My appointment time was from 12-5pm; at 2:45pm I called to see if they knew how much longer it would be, just out of curiosity. I told them if it took until five that would be fine, and I understand I'm not the only customer. The office told me it would be soon, and the tech would call me shortly. My wife briefly needed help with our kids in the other room, and I missed the tech's call which came in at 3:00pm. I called the tech back immediately, and he sent the call straight to voicemail. I tried again and got the same result. I called the office which had cancelled my appointment, even though it was only around 3 pm; I was still in my 12-5 window. The tech had called the office and said he could not reach me even though I only received one phone call. The office knew I was home and failed to inform the tech. The tech, Manny, acted incredibly unprofessional by ignoring my calls and not informing me about the situation. My dryer still isn't fixed, and I will never go to this company for anything again. If I could rate no stars I would. |
