| LaTunya Magee | I purchased a bedroom set cash & carry. They allow me to see the set In the storage outback. That was fine! Once I receive the bed, it smell horrible. I cleaned the bed on several occasion just to get the smell out. The rails broke after I applied new mattresses on the bed. The manager did send 2 guys out to fix the rails. Well the rails broke again while my daughter was sleeping in her bed. I called the manager, he ordered new rails and said he would send someone out to look and try to fix the bed, that never happened. 1 week later the bed is still on the floor. I have called and went to the store, the staff is telling me the same story, they will be there TODAY!! This is know way to treat a customer and to build customer relationship or to establish reoccurring business. |
