Lester with H&E Comfort Services out of Belle Chasse called right away, we set up a time for him to come by and he did. The fan motor was out and so they located one but the company had to bring in from Slidell so he said he would contact me the next day. He called at 9 am and had the part already. He came out and changed and I am up and running again. The amazing part is he didn't charge for his service he said my regular a/c guy would contact me if there was a charge. Professional through and through. I would highly recommend. |

H&E dispatched Lester and another tech who arrived at 4:30 PM and worked to past 6 PM on a Friday to get it working. Now a fan for life. Great work at a fair price. Much appreciated.
