The repair prices are outrageous and cost the exact same as purchasing a brand new appliance. They told me 475 for a new motor on my dryer. My dryer brand new is only 398. |

I called Sears and went through three levels of Customer Service. They refused to give me info unless we agreed to go with them. They said the guy should have given Verbal estimate but I had questions. I asked Sears if I could talk to the tech but they said he only had a number. Now I have to start all over because they will noT give me the estimate I paid for. |
