| Janet Sutterfield | Went in on Saturday to rent a new mattress and box spring get home looking at my paperwork I see it is pre-owned so I call Sunday left a message called Monday morning to let Rudy know I wanted a new one not a used one he tells me he will call me back he does he finds me one I drive 20 miles back over there to approve them he tells me he's gonna have them load them up and they will be delivered today that was at 12:30 call back at 3:45 was told delivery manager was out to lunch she would call me back at 5:30 I'm calling back cause no one called me back only to be told it can't be delivered today after I was told 3 times it would be.I took my business elsewhere |
