I even called the front desk and told them I was in the flooring department and asked if they would please send someone to help me. I waited for half am hour and no one ever came. I finally went to the front desk to get some help and was ignored. I went back and tried to find what I was looking for again and finally gave up. At one point one of the employees walked past me and I asked him if flooring was his section because I needed help...he said no and just kept walking. I'll never waste my time in this store again. They obviously don't need any more business, or they'd be treating their customers better than this. |
