He quoted me one price and then wrote up another, then came down to a price in between what he quoted and what his contract was reading, when I gave him a debit card he charged extra for that also. While installing my unit his assistant fell through the ceiling, leaving a huge hole. He did not tell me about it and was leaving , when I noticed the ceiling. He begged me to not have him fix it. I could not believe he wanted to leave it! I was out of town when he wanted to have it fixed , so a neighbor left a key for them to get in. He must have attempted it himself. My ceiling looks like a frosted cake and he only painted a small area around it with a mis matched color. Everybody entering my house asked what happened. I have also had trouble with one of my units and have called him 4 times and he has cancelled twice and now is not returning my call. Ohhh and be sure to put haul away in your contract. He left EVERYTHING, it was a total mess , much of which the trash company would not haul off, that was another 50.00. If that is not enough he removed a small fence that protected the unit , without ever telling us, we found it on the ground by the curb. I cannot stress enough how poorly he has responded. I just want my ceiling fixed and my unit working. I NEVER do reviews...this one was necessary. |
