Appliance Repair by Little Heat And Little Air in Waco, Kentucky

Buyer beware!!! They were sent to me by a home warranty company. They were to install a new furnace and A/C unit. The system works great if you stay in my attic. The furnace was to small and the A/C was not installed correctly. The ducts were not attached properly so all the heat and A/C were blowing in my attic. My first electric bill for February was 200. It was heating an area with a gas furnace that is 900 sq. Ft. I hope this will help someone to not have this horrible experience happen to them.

The very worst heating and air company we've ever had the displeasure to deal with. We had Dan Little come out to our house last fallOctober to be exact to fix our air. The man told us that he couldn't drive so he had his father-in-law drive him here. Long story short, it was fall so we took his word that the AC was fixed and he charged us 235.00. It did come on while he was here but being cooler weather we didn't use it. Fast foward to a few weeks ago when we actually needed the AC, we turned it on and it made a popping sound and didn't work again. We called another company who sent a repair tech out right away. We found out through them that Dan's Little Heat and air actually put a CAR FUSE and the wrong breaker in our unit. He also left wires exposed that could've burned our house down! Basically, he just rigged it up just enough so that it would turn on while he was he was here. The weather was turning cold and he knew we wouldn't be using it until spring. The car fuse he used blew when we turned it on the second time for longer than a couple minutes and burned a transformer. We ended up spending another 265.00 to fix the mess Dan's Little Heat and Air left us with. Based upon the experience we've had, I would not recommend this business to anyone.
