| Christy Childers | My frig went out a few days before Christmas 2017. Ed was recommended by a friend so I gave him a call. Ed came out a couple of days later and said my frig needed a new compressor. The cost? 897!! He said although it was a Whirlpool, it was all Korean parts and the compressor would have to come from Korea. Since we paid over 4,000 for the frig just a few years ago, we wanted it fixed and asked him to order the compressor. He told us it wouldn't be in until the first of January. Fastforward to today, January 18, I and my husband have called Ed several times for an update but no response! After waiting almost a month, we are back at square one! |
