Willy Schaad | Couldn't find the place. Drove to parking lot at shopping center and could not visually see the place of business. Ended up driving to home depot. Makes me wonder if the place is still open??? |
Shelley Wilson | We scheduled a house call for repair on a Samsung front loading washing machine. The repair tech quoted us 900.00 for parts to fix our machine because the drum had come loose. We couldn't afford the repair at the time but asked the technician to write down the parts that we needed in case we decided to fix it in the future. He didnt leave us the 3 part names or serial numbers even though we paid 89.00 for the house call. We should've been given this info.so that we could price check the parts on line and with other repair services. We called Sears and they were extremely rude, they wouldn't give us the part list, their employee ID 's or let us speak with a manager. They did state that we could schedule another repair appt and pay another 89.00 and they would come back out and tell us what parts we needed. I will never use this service again! |
Patti Barksdale | It has taken two months to get to the place of completing service. Was told that it would be done as soo. As part had arrived. I called once the part was delivered and confirmed the part number to the rep. Was told it would take two weeks to get service people out to me. Got a phone call the night before. Called the morning of and was told they would be out between 12:15 and 1:15. At 2:00, I contacted again for an update and was told by 3:00. At 4:00, I was told the tech had canceled because the part had not arrived. I explained that the part was sitting next to the machine and was asked to confirm the number again. Was told not to worry they would contact me once the part was delivered. I had just told him I had the part! Then was told that I had been escalated to being replaced and would be contacted within 48 hours. It has been 5 days and all I have received is a request to give and elvauatio. For the work which they show as completed on Dec. 11. Just crazy and poor customer service and extremely poor documentation I. The organization. Still do t know what they are doing to get this fixed. I was also told that they sent a check on November 29 for 50 to reimburse for laundry. Now December 16 and still no check! |
