| Alfred Smith | Do not use this company!! They showed up never walked in the house to look at my sump pump. I was told by the individual while in route that the pipe attached wasn't covered and they would just take my 100 dollar deductible from my home warranty company. The gentlemen shows up again never looks at my sump pump, takes my credit card info/charges me 100 dollars, glances at the discharge pipe which is the problem, calls my insurance company and leaves!! A total of 8 minutes, WOW!! I call the insurance company and they say to me we don't understand the diagnosis either sir, I said how can you when he didn't even look at the problem for more than 3 minutes!! We live in a world that money doesn't grow on trees and I don't just give 100 dollars away everyday! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! |
| chelsea meadors | The receptionist, or whoever answers the phones here was rude towards me multiple times when I called. They interrupted me several times as I was speaking to them and always had an attitude when I would just ask them simple questions. I got an estimate for a 4,000 job. I was ready to hire them and to get the job going right away, but they were completely unprofessional and rude. I asked them if they could break down the estimate to show the cost of labor separate from the cost of materials. You would think this would be a simple request, however it was not. They refused to provide us with that, I am now paying another company 4,000 to get the job done. Thanks for wasting my time, PlumbRight! |
