| Rickey Burnside | We had our appliances serviced the week before and a part was ordered for the washer. A different person came out to install. The washer door would not close. When my wife came back from her appointment, she noticed it first thing. She called the repairman on his cellphone and he came back over and said, "It's my fault, I should not have left with it like this." The guy was from the Owensboro KY office.The guy called his boss and they wound up putting the old part back on, which was a hinge for the washer door. Fast forward to the next day and we noticed the door was wobbling and not tight and secure. We found the screws for the hinge to hold the door to the washer on the table next to the washer. Usually we have stellar service, Not this time. |
