David Martin | I called Dial One on Tuesday, 11/5, to request a service tech come out and take a look at my dryer. I was told by the lady that answered the phone that someone would come to my address on Friday, 11/8, some time between 9 AM and 6 PM said she couldn't give a more specific time but would call 30 minutes in advance. I ended up taking a day off so that I could be home but never received a call and nobody ever came out. I called back on Monday, 11/11, and was told by the same lady I spoke to on 11/5 that I was on the schedule for 11/8 but she wasn't sure what happened. I'll be finding another company to use. |

Vincent Mudd | Your company is incompetent and lacks basic communication skills. It shouldn't take 6 days to get a report in to the home warranty company that is required to be in by 24 - 48 hours. Once they received the report you decided you couldn't work on that system so you recommended a different tech come out.LAZY. The lady in the office has terrible customer service skills and as an office manager you don't know how to manage your techs or communicate with AHS. Feel free to call me you know who I am. |
