Cody was very accommodating in coming to our home late on a cold night when our furnace was intermittent. Apparently there were many service calls because of the very cold weather. After working all day for others he arrived with a cheerful attitude and got right to work. His technical analysis was outstanding. He repaired the problem, offered advice for the future and cleaned and tested are system all in one hour. What a delightful experience! We will definitely call Automatic Air again!!

One of our units was non-functioning and another HVAC company we consulted advised us that we would need to replace the entire unit. Neighbors who had used Automatic Air insisted we give them a call, so we gave them a try. Allen from Automatic Air arrived and was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and an excellent technician. He was able to immediately identify the problem and performed a quick, albeit probably only temporary, fix upon my approval. He was transparent and very clear about what we could expect and I appreciated his honesty and candor. He also spoke with my husband on the phone to discuss his findings and recommendations, which was much appreciated. Thank you!
