They sent 2 people at two different times instead of one person so it took all day and then tried to charge me double. Both repairmen were rude and inexperienced. Neither my washer nor my dryer was properly serviced had to call someone else. They spent most of their time trying to run my credit card their machine didn't work so that took 30 min or trying to sell me a service warranty. Will NEVER use Sears home repair again. |
