We had issues with both items after purchase and after multiple repeat phone calls later, they decided that we could switch our products out for others in the store that we prefer. We are now happier with the switch but it did take some time to get to this point. However, I didn't want to leave the review without acknowledging Travis. He is a gem to this company, he is honest and fair. He by far is one of the best employees that the company has. If I could give you any recommendations, do not but sight unseen. |
