| John Speer | A tech by the name of Kevin came to my home to repair my gas oven. He immediately asked me if I would be able to pay him. I said “our warranty company would pay them with a credit card over the phone.” He then said he wouldn't be able to stay long enough for the warranty company to pay him. I then told him that his office said you would. Next he said “You've been misinformed and I'm not going to stay here and waste my while you call the warranty company to pay me. You can pay me directly and then collect from them.” This was as rude as it looks! I then told him to pack up his sh!t and get the hell out my house! You can bet I called Appliance Service of Lexington to let them know what Kevin is like. And if they don't believe me my wife was on the phone with me during the conversation. She heard it all. |
