John in parts did an outstanding job helping me. We had an issue with our model number not showing up for parts, he called the manufacturer himself to insure he was sending me the right parts. With his help I was able to get my refrigerator running on Christmas eve. He even check the competition to see if they had anything in stock for me before shipping. The overnight shipping was amazing. They truly went above and beyond. Will be using them in the future.

Sandra was amazing. I walked in, she pointed me to the best price/quality set in the store, told me why/how she used it at her own home, and we had it installed and working like a dream the next business day. I like that they primarily stock GE; this made the decision simple, quick and straightforward so I could keep my time and brainpower focused on other things in my life. Go there.

Poor customer service, all i needed was the availability of a part in which i already had the number for. Upon the fourth phone call over multiple days i was able to speak to someone but they simply told to call back in a hour or two. More than likely will take business else where like Tribles where the customer service is excellent even if i have to wait for the part.
