Notified the Owner Charlie Kiper that there was a water leak coming from the inside of he stated he would be to our home the next day. He never showed up. The water going on to our floor. A few days went by before we finally got a hold of him again. Mr. Kiper stated that the part that we probably needed would be in in about 8-10 days. In the meantime, turn off the water to the appliance, in which we already did.The owner of Rough River Appliance is not Dependable and he doesn't do what he states he will do. Think twice before calling them. |
